PEOPLE I AM BACK!!!!
OBS was freaking fun! i enjoyed myself a whole lot! i felt so home sick on the first day but now, i actually don't mind staying for a few more days! It was so much more fun compared to the first OBS!!!!
i miss it already! Oh yes and i saw kenn and maujricette. And kenn recognised me lah...he was like, " Candice! I recognise you!" at some obstacle course.
The 5 days was very meaningful and enriching!
We rockclimbed blindfolded on the first day. The instructors laughed at me cos i got hand cramp half way lah...they called me aunty ever since.
Our instructors are super gay lah. When you applaude them, they like to take a girly bow. Super gay and our instructor, Choon, likes to do some ballerina twirl. Damn funny. There was this once when we were in the water and he asked us to stretch out our hands...than he started splashing salt water at us and we followed lah. And he was like, " Aiyoh grow up lah you all"....wah lau.
The whole campus is super big and there's this big boat that you can climb on...it is a super big realistic ship called ' Indiana'.
The third day was really hiliarious cos we took a break from the usual tough stuff and played bonding games. We played concentration and our punishment was drawing on our faces lah. But it was super super fun.
Then on our fourth day, we had a sea expedition. It was a good 9.5 hours of kayaking okay. At first, we just kayaked and kayaked and we saw a FULL RAINBOW! it was damn nice can! FULL RAINBOW OKAY! how often do you get to see one? And another instructor, Daniel, was lame enough to ask us to jump into the sea to find a pot of gold.
Then after a while we moved into a SWAMP. It was dirty muddy and we kept crashing into mangrove trees and roots. And our wonderful instructors just kept throwing mud from the river at us...fantastic lah. Dead fishes were everywhere.
Then we paddled until we reached something called a potage. You have to carry the kayaks over dry land to the other side to continue the expedition. Easy lah i thought, just carrying. Your head ah...the mud was soooooooooooooooooooo soft you can just sink in lah. People actually lose their shoes in there. The people that got on earlier were alot dirtier cos we had nothing to step on...and the soil has living organisms in it like baby snails and crabs...and we stepped on it. Eww right?
It was really tough carrying back and forth...got a few cuts and bruises. But quite hilarious also.
Then after a long way of paddling again, banging into trees and mud fights, we reached the second potage. Super tiring can. Walking through some forest.
Then after a really long long time of paddling we reached clear open sea, which was really boring cos it was just plain paddling and everyone was dead tired. The only funny parts were when there was mass peeing...i didn't pee lah...Khai was damn funny when she tried to get on again after peeing.
Cleaning the kayaks was quite fun too. Choon obviously purposely sprayed water at us lah. He pretended not to look and just sprayed lah. Crazy fella.
Last day was reflecting in a amazing race kind of way. We just had to walk from place to place through the whole campus and after completing, we had to run around the campus AGAIN. Tiring lah. But it was quite sad lah. i really didn't want to leave yet!!!! I actually don't mind sleeping in that bug infested dorm!
Thank you so much to our intructors Choon, Yap Luh( i still can't get his name right) and Daniel! You guys are the best! Gayness made the whole course very interesting! Thanks so much lah! WE WURVE EUU WORXX! Haha...okay nevermind. Really will miss the instructors lah. Let's see if we can see them at parkway, i saw maujricette at parkway.
In all the course was really really really awesome! Two thumbs up! :) Thanks so much to the Gandhians! You guys rock lah! And to choon for being so patient with us and talking alot of nonsense with us! Thanks alot! 'one' word! Deprived childhood!!!

WOO! i'm mad lah...i want to go back! I miss the campus already! Made alot of friends and gained alot of good experiences!
